Rice with chicken, vegetables and Spiroulina flakes

It looks like Chinese… but it’s not!

It is a tasty meal with many ingredients and all the necessary nutrients due to Spiroulina flakes.

Ingredients

  • 140g brown rice
  • 120g chicken fillet medium cooked
  • 1 cut carrot in pieces
  • 40g soya sprouts
  • 40g boiled peas
  • 40g corn
  • 2 tablespoons of Spiroulina Flakes
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 4 tablespoons of soya sauce

Method

  1. Cut the fillet in pieces
  2. Boil the rice
  3. In a non-sticking pan, you add the olive oil and then the carrot
  4. You add the soya spouts together with the chicken fillet
  5. You add the rice and the boiled peas
  6. Lastly you add the soya sauce and mix all the ingredients
  7. You add the Spiroulina flakes!
