Spaghetti with broccoli and Spiroulina Flakes

Ingredients

    • 1 big broccoli
    • 500g of spaghetti
    • 10 tiny tomatoes sliced
    • 2 tablespoons of Spiroulina flakes
    • 1 garlic
    • 4 tablespoons of olive oil
    • 1 teaspoon of mustard
    • Salt and Pepper
    • Oregano

Method

  1. You section the broccoli in pieces, and you boil them for a couple of minutes until they are soft.
  2. You remove the broccoli and add the spaghetti in the same water.
  3. In a pan you add the olive oil in medium temperature, and you add the broccoli.
  4. Add the tiny tomatoes and garlic and continue frying for 1 minute.
  5. In the end, add mustard and salt.
  6. Remove the pan from fire once it has boiled.
  7. With a large fork, transfer your spaghetti in the pan and mix
  8. Let it cool for a while so it can absorb all fluids
  9. Serve with fresh pepper, oregano and Spiroulina flakes!
