Lentil salad with Spiroulina flakes

Ingredients:

  • 1 packet of lentils (300g)
  • 200g lettuce
  • 200g rocket salad
  • 2 grated carrots
  • 40g grated walnuts
  • 6 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 tablespoons cider

Method

  1. Boil the lentils and pour them into a bowl.
  2. In a dish we add the grated carrot, the lettuce, the rocket salad and the walnut in smaller pieces.
  3. Add the lentils, the olive oil and the cider and mix all the ingredients.
