- 1 sliced cucumber
- 1 big apple
- 2 celeries
- 30g fresh spinach
- 1 avocado
- 1 mature banana
- 1 tablespoon linseed
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 sachet Spiroulina PLATENSIS powder
Method
Add the cucumber and apple in the blender and then add all the other ingredients and mix them until the mixture is smooth.
